This Freon refrigeration system for the Air Lock Room, Cool Room 1 and Freezer is designed to have 100% redundancy (system A and system B), is doubled up and fail safe.
Each of the systems will be equipped with an independent electrical and control board and an independent PLC that will be able to communicate with each other and take control if one fails. Each of the refrigeration systems will have compressor packages, remote air-cooled condensers, room evaporators, and interconnecting refrigeration and condensate drain pipe work.
