Inspection Revamp and Replacement of Condensers
A multiple condenser replacement project at a major processing facility for prepacked salads in Brisbane
The work involved replacing three evaporative condensers and three separate oil cooling water pump open type systems with two equivalently sized evaporative condensers and single common closed loop oil cooling water pump skid. Tri Tech Refrigeration Queensland managed to minimise disruptions to site operation while significantly simplifying the refrigeration system design and serviceability, while at the same time gaining valuable real estate on the condenser deck during the installation process.
